Services

We provide tree care services including, but not limited to, tree removal, emergency tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, arborist and tree-health services, firewood sales and delivery, and related landscaping services throughout Denver, CO and surrounding areas. All work is performed by or under the supervision of qualified personnel.

Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided based on an on-site or described assessment of the work requested. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the quote and may be subject to change if site conditions, scope, or access differ materially from what was assessed. A quote becomes a binding agreement only once accepted by you and confirmed by us.

Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area and for identifying any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other hazards prior to the start of work. Weather, safety conditions, and emergencies may require us to reschedule work; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted reflect the scope described at the time of the estimate. Additional work discovered or requested during the job may incur additional charges, which we will communicate before proceeding where practical.

Licensing and Insurance

We are licensed and insured to perform tree care services in Colorado. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Our liability is limited to the scope of the services performed and the terms of our insurance coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbor Care Tree Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Tree work carries inherent risks; while we take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unforeseen structural failures, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control.
